È una grande soddisfazione per tutti scoprire di poter leggere il passo di un libro personificato nella realtà, come l’esperienza vivace e significativa vissuta dalle ragazze e dai ragazzi dei CCRR di Eraclea e di Asiago, dove «[...] Si possono individuare quattro principi generali, trasversali a tutti i diritti espressi dalla CRC, utili anche per fornire un orientamento ai governi per la sua attuazione. This is the principle of non-discrimination,,it,which states that all the rights sanctioned by the CRC apply to all children and young people without any distinction,,it,the principle of the best interests of the child,,it,which states that,,it,in all decisions relating to minors,,it,the minor's interest must be the priority,,it,the right to development,,it,that goes beyond the basic right to life,,it,and the principle of participation and respect for opinion,,it (art. 2) che stabilisce che tutti i diritti sanciti dalla CRC si applicano a tutti i bambini e ragazzi senza alcuna distinzione; il principio del superiore interesse del minore (art. 3) che stabilisce che, in tutte le decisioni relative ai minori, l’interesse del minore deve rappresentare la priorità; il diritto allo sviluppo (art. 6) che va oltre il basilare diritto alla vita; e il principio di partecipazione e rispetto di opinione (art. 12), che sancisce il diritto di bambini e ragazzi di essere ascoltati e che la loro opinione sia presa in debita considerazione» (Iannaccone Maggi, 2012, p.25)[1].

Quando siamo arrivati all’Istituto Comprensivo di Asiago l’accoglienza è stata straordinaria: the CCR di Asiago[2] al completo, il Dirigente dr. Per tutto il tempo, sono stati loro i protagonisti, a partire dalla sindaca e i consiglieri del CCR di Asiago, che hanno messo i propri ospiti nelle condizioni ottimali per uno scambio di esperienze che da subito presagiva sarebbe stato arricchente e proficuo.

Progetti che guardano dentro la scuola in termini di bisogni di arredi, di manutenzioni, di miglioramento quindi degli spazi ma anche dei comportamenti; progetti che guardano all’ambiente, alle strade, al tempo libero, allo sport, all’inclusività per ridurre le disuguaglianze. A chiudere (ma per aprire una sfida che ci accomuna), la condivisione di due Goal 2030 importanti, scelti tra i 17 Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile lanciati dall’ONU:

La sfida è dunque giocare in questo campo comune il diritto di parola e di ascolto conferito a tutti dalla CRC, Convention che a novembre 2019 compie trent’anni di storia.

Sono state, infine, le domande numerose ad approfondire la conoscenza reciproca e a fornire idee utili a entrambi i CCRR. Subito dopo, la visita al Sacrario Militare, dove la prof.ssa Barbara ha fatto riflettere sul sacrificio di vite umane su cui poggia l’Italia unita e oggi anche oltre 70 anni di pace da continuare a promuovere nella vita di ogni giorno. Poi, ad attenderci nella Sala municipale dei Sette Comuni di Asiago, la Presidente del Consiglio Comunale di Asiago, Michela Rodeghiero, che ci ha parlato della città, di storia e tradizioni, di una comunità che sente propria ogni parte del territorio dell’Altipiano dei Sette Comuni e ne fa una ragione di cura e di impegno. Con un carico di gratitudine e con un caloroso Arrivederci a Eraclea a fine settembre! L’appuntamento è nel cuore del bosco misto presso, il Centro Ambientale di Eraclea Mare, in cui continuare una storia di conoscenza, di confronto e di condivisione di idee e di progetti e completare l’operazione “gemellaggio”.
