Convention on the Rights of the, IT, 1989

The Convention urges Governments to commit themselves to make the rights set out in it priority and to assure the maximum extent of available resources.

The Convention on the Rights accompany two optional protocols that Italy has ratified the 9/5/2002 by Law No. 46.

20 November 2014: the Convention on the Rights of the Child makes 25 year old!
