2 June 2019: Festa della Repubblica

Discorso di celebrazione del 2 giugno 2019

Buongiorno a tutti,

siamo Matteo Scomparin e Rebecca Ongaro, sindaco e vicesindaco del Consiglio Comunale dei Ragazzi e delle Ragazze.

Oggi siamo qui riuniti per celebrare la Festa della Repubblica.

Questa giornata è importante perché, tramite il Referendum Istituzionale indetto a suffragio universale –uomini e donne – del 1946, venne scelta la Repubblica a fronte della Monarchia.

Grazie a questa forma di governo repubblicana in cui i cittadini possono sentirsi riconosciuti e hanno la possibilità di esprimersi, anche noi piccoli cittadini possiamo avere un organo rappresentativo come il CCRR. Per noi consiglieri è fondamentale poter contribuire a migliorare la nostra città.

È importante inoltre sottolineare che, se il potere fosse in mano ad una sola persona, non ci sarebbe libertà di scelta. Questo principio di condivisione del potere decisionale lo applichiamo anche noi ragazzi in seduta, poiché più siamo più le idee che progettiamo si rivelano utili! Tante teste pensanti sono meglio di una!

The 2 giugno è infine importante perché porta alla nascita della Costituzione, che è la legge fondamentale dello Stato, sul rispetto della quale devono ispirarsi tutte le leggi dello Stato. In essa sono riportarti i diritti, i doveri e i principi fondamentali sui quali si svolge la convivenza civile degli Italiani. Essa ci tutela e ci fa vivere in un paese libero, pacifico, in cui possiamo sognare, proporre e decidere cosa vogliamo: non dimentichiamoci questa fortuna!

Buona festa della Repubblica a tutti.

Viva la Repubblica.

Viva la Costituzione.

Viva l’Italia.

Viva la libertà e la pace.

Oggi è la giornata internazionale delle persone con disabilità, che ricorre il 3 December, indetta dall’assemblea dell’ONU nel 1992 proprio per promuovere i diritti e il benessere delle persone con disabilità in ogni aspetto della vita. Il tema scelto quest’anno è il coinvolgimento delle persone con disabilità nell’ottica di garantire l’inclusione e l’uguaglianza, come parte dell’agenda 2030 per lo sviluppo sostenibile, che ha l’obiettivo di «non lasciare nessuno indietro» (source: Il Corriere della Sera). Proclamato il CCRR di Eraclea 2018-2020

Il sindaco Mirco Mestre ha investito il nuovo Sindaco jr Matteo Scomparin con la fascia tricolore. Cinzia Bozzetto, Sindaco CCRR di Eraclea dal 2016-2018, non potendo essere presente, ha inviato una lettera di saluto e di augurio. Poi il discorso del vice sindaco, Rebecca Ongaro, felice del ruolo conferitole dai ragazzi e dalle ragazze di Eraclea, mandato che si impegna a svolgere con entusiasmo.

Infine, il discorso del nuovo sindaco del CCRR Matteo Scomparin, che riportiamo di seguito:

“Buona sera a tutti!

14 August 2016: in the Avenue of Remembrance, a pomegranate to Lieutenant Walter Bonafini

The CCRR attended the commemoration of an important man for the city of Eraclea, per 22 years near the most fragile of our society.

Pausa estiva. Buone vacanze e…

Care Ragazze, cari ragazzi,

come augurio di buone vacanze vi regaliamo una filastrocca che parla a tutti!

Nelle commissioni del CCRR, nei laboratori di cittadinanza attiva a scuola, nel Gruppo Comunicazioni del CCRR la parola d’ordine è stata: “ESPRIMERSI!”

Su questo diritto abbiamo camminato insieme: concludendo un mandato, aprendo una campagna elettorale, redigendo programmi, impegnandosi in prima persona o scegliendo chi ci rappresenta, facendo risuonare le voci della partecipazione nel blog, nei nostri racconti e… nel diario scolastico che abbiamo adottato.

Ora facciamo sintesi e facciamo del tempo perso, del tempo vuoto, del tempo libero dell’estate, un tempo propizio anche per vivere le parole che leggiamo.

Buoni sorrisi a tutti!!!

Liberi di esprimersi
